Associate Veterinarian (Currently Seeking):
We are currently searching for an enthusiastic, dedicated P/T or F/T Associate Veterinarian to join our first-class animal hospital in the gorgeous mountain town of Lakeside, Arizona. Aspen Ridge is a brand new facility fully equipped with paperless medical record system, digital dental radiographs, high-frequency radio surgical unit, endoscope, orthopedic equipment, tonometry and an excellent support staff. The practice is primarily small animal, but we are willing to expand to mixed. We are dedicated to extraordinary medicine and service while maintaining an enjoyable work environment. Veterinary Receptionist:
Some responsibilities include client contact in person and via telephone, data entry with paperless computer system, and assisting the health-care team in all aspects of client and pet care. Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times. Possess computer aptitudes that enable applicant to quickly learn a completely paperless hospital system. Ability to multi-task and should demonstrate exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills. Consistently ensures the team provides the client with attentive, courteous and informative service. Gains and shows personal satisfaction from delivering great service.

Part time but will consider full time. Depending on experience, our employment package includes a generous salary and benefits such as paid time off, uniform allowance and discounted medical care for employee pets.

Experienced Veterinary Technician/Assistant (Veterinary Nurse):
Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times. Possess computer aptitudes that enable applicant to quickly learn a completely paperless hospital system. Ability to multi-task and should demonstrate exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills. Consistently ensures the team provides the client with attentive, courteous and informative service. Gains and shows personal satisfaction from delivering great service.

Perform procedures including but not limited to: placing IV catheters, inducing anesthesia, intubating patients, preparing pets for procedures, monitoring hospitalized and surgical patients, administering injections and medications, running lab work, drawing blood, toe nail trims, expressing anal glands, restraining patients, etc. Further duties include: Educate clients, maintain proper and complete medical charts, and maintain clean, sterile and organized treatment areas, exam rooms and labs.

Prefer certified veterinary technician but will train the right individual. Minimum of one year experience required.

Part time but will consider full time. Night and weekend on-call duties required. Depending on experience our employment package includes a generous salary and benefits such as paid time off, uniform allowance and discounted medical care for employee pets.
