Veterinary Assistants
Job Description
Our AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital, located in the picturesque mountain town of Lakeside, Arizona, is seeking a motivated, people-oriented veterinary assistant to complete our team.
Hiking, fishing, skiing/boarding, and other outdoor activities are a half hour away. The hospital is a busy, privately owned, two-doctor practice. Our clientele wants the best, and this allows us to practice the highest quality medicine in a caring, professional atmosphere.
We are offering fulfilling part-time positions for a friendly, motivated, and animal-loving individual. You will act as the extra eyes, ears, and hands for the veterinarian to ensure the best quality of pet and client care.
Some responsibilities include restraint, administration of medications and vaccinations, educating clients, data entry with a paperless medical record system, care of boarding patients, and assisting the healthcare team in all aspects of client and pet care. Night and weekend duties are required.
If you don’t have experience, this is a great opportunity to be trained for an entry-level position and learn proper pet care and medical techniques. If you do have experience, all the better.

Full Time Receptionist
Job Description
This is a crucial role within our team as it requires extensive contact with our clients. Some responsibilities include client contact in person and via telephone, data entry with a paperless computer system, and assisting the healthcare team in all aspects of client and pet care. Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times. Possesses computer aptitudes that enable applicants to quickly learn a completely paperless hospital system. Ability to multi-task and should demonstrate exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills. Consistently ensures the team provides the client with attentive, courteous, and informative service. Gains and shows personal satisfaction from delivering great service.
